Unable to repair or remove v0.85.1 or upgrade to a new version #45339

Steps to reproduce
Installed about 10 months ago and it said there was an update so tried to install the update but it keeps looking for a source file of the 0.85.1 version. Originally it was looking for a msi file, now if i try and remove it from Programs it throws the following error
Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\REDACTED\AppData\Local\PackageCache{75fadb25-0ea0-4c4f-bf66-e31187861bb9}\PowerToysUserSetup-0.85.1-x64.exe'
Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again
I've tried to remove, upgrade, winget upgrade and nothing works.
The 0.85.1 version is still working fine, but I need to resolve so it can be upgraded/kept up to date

❌ Actual Behavior
If you try to upgrade manually, it says it cant then find the MSI of the same name
