CmdPal: Switch between browser tabs

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to be able to switch between browser tabs the same way I switch between windows using Window Walker.

### Scenario when this would be used?

When I need to switch directly to a browser tab rather than to a browser window.

### Supporting information

Already supported by Flow Launcher.
