Steps to reproduce

I have 3 monitors and switch between 2 layouts each contains 2 of them. When the first layout was 2K+1080P monitor. And switch to this 2 1080P monitors layout. And launch command palette.

Current Monitor (1080P):

center in current monitor

❌ Actual Behavior

size larger than current monitor, unusable

Additional Information

Even after switching back to the previous layout. The behavior is the same before restarting powertoys. Even after restarting powertoys. The command palette windows opens weirdly maximized instead of the default center sized.
