Caption buttons do not update theme when changing the UWP app theme

When changing the theme (light/dark) of my UWP app, the caption buttons (minimize, maximize, close) do not update to match the new theme. This creates a visual inconsistency between the app's UI and the window controls.

This requires you to actively listen for theme change events and then manually change the colors
