Describe the bug

After Deselecting the selected text the background color remaining dark blue in Rich Edit Box winui.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Enter Text in rich edit box
2. select text by hard pressing the mouse
3. deselect by tapping inside some part of rich edit box in winui

Similar to #10071
(I added SelectionChanged (ChangeView twice) to fix it on my PC, but it will apparently be fixed in next update...)

Use editor's Document, GetDefaultCharacterFormat and set background as transparent every time text changed it worked for me.But it slows down fast entry.
