Proposal: InputValidation and support for ValidatesOnDataErrors using IDataErrorInfo

Summary

In WPF projects we were able to validate the user's input using Binding and IDataErrorInfo interfaces, and display the error content to user. But in WinUI this opportunity taken away, can we have it back?

Rationale

• There's no alternative in WinUI
• The developers will no need to implement such things by themself
• It will make WinUI even better
