Describe the bug
Adding same item twice to a flyoutmenu will go to #if DEBUG && !DISABLE_XAML_GENERATED_BREAK_ON_UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION
Steps to reproduce the bug
reproduce the bug, when triggered goes to above description of the bug.
Expected behavior
expected behavior would be the item appearing twice, although in my case it was cause by a mistake.
