Buttons in TitleBar do not set Height to Tall

I was under the impression the new title bar would set its own height depending if there are any interactive controls. When the Pane or Back buttons are visible, the height is not changed to Tall automatically. Is this within specs? Does the control look in all the areas, or only in Content area?

Got it! That's mean the TitlerBar is working normally now?

Exactly
