Can we add Excel File to SharePoint Document Library through Power Platform Code App? #1284

Is there any possible way to add an Excel document to SharePoint document library through code app?

I have tried below, but no success.

Converted excel file into Base64 and tried creating the file in SharePoint Document Library directly from Power Platform Code App, Excel file got created but unable to view the excel and it is not opening.
Converted excel file into Base64 and saved as txt file in SharePoint Document Library from Power Platform Code App, and tried to create Excel file through Power Automate Cloud Flow. I was able to create the Excel file but unable to open.
