reset auth token?

Oh hai - I accidentally logged into the wrong azure tenant 😅 and now prompty is (rightly) saying my tenant ID doesn't match. Tried az logout, restarting my Codespaces but prompty is not letting go of that auth token. How can I reset that?

EDIT: I see an open issue on releasing Microsoft authentication.

EDIT 2: workaround was to click user icon in Codespaces, choose the wrong account, manage trusted extensions and uncheck Promptly. I was then able to re-authenticate with correct account ... now getting a 401 error ;-/
