Fabric Trial capacity

Hello all,

In our Fabric project development process we initially deploy the Fabric Trial capacity, this helps us determine the load and select the appropriate Fxx capacity.

We are moving towards deploying a Fabric "stack" using Terraform/Terragrunt. However, as per Terraforms documentation, it currently does not support Trial capacities.

We would like to see this feature implemented such that we can deploy our Fabric stack at customers and upgrade their capacities to the appropriate size at a later stage.

I would love to hear feedback on this on whether or not this is desired behaviour for the provider.
