The Windows Server 2022 and 2025 LTSC versions cannot be activate, could you add the LTSC license could be recognised by KMS server correctly. Thank you!

It’s not a KMS issue. LTSC preview builds from Microsoft are missing some KMS files. Add/update those files from an official LTSC ISO, and KMS activation will work.
