Custom tax rate and image upload

Very big fan of this app, and I have some suggestions that I think would be very nice to add.

1. Custom tax rate option for each subscription(not a blanket tax rate that affects all). User simply selects between 0-100% and it applies that additionally to the base subscription cost.

2. Add option to upload .jpg or .png image file to each subscription. For example if I have a monthly subscription to Uber, I can also download the Uber logo online and add it to my subscription, which helps to visually find the subscription faster if I have a bunch compared to reading each one.

3. Add payment method to the subscription line with payment logo for easy viewing. Right now you just manually name or select from the preset payment methods, but instead it could be more detailed such as option for VISA, mastercard, american express, etc. and also be able to name and save that payment type. I made a rough edit to show what it could look like on each subscription.

thanks for the great suggestions and for supporting the app! I really appreciate the feedback, and these are all excellent ideas that could improve the experience. I'll definitely consider them for future updates!
