Overseerr merged with Jellyseerr into Seerr

We're excited to announce a major update: the Jellyseerr and Overseerr teams are officially merging into a single team called Seerr.

Overseerr's image by linuxserver has also been deprecated.

This image is deprecated. We will not offer support for this image and it will not be updated.

So I think we should proceed:

• Deprecate and remove files related to Overseerr (as potential vulnerabilities will never be addressed)
• Replace Jellyseerr with Seerr
• Use Seeer's official image available at https://github.com/seerr-team/seerr/pkgs/container/seerr

I agree with all of the above, thanks for notifying me of this. hadn't really been keeping tabs, had no idea about this new seerr thing

Should I create a new Ansible role for the seerr image, ansible-role-seerr? I'm assuming no one has made it yet
