Encoding issue in demon titles (and elsewhere)

https://www.grimoire.org/demon/anoster/ has an incorrect encoding in the H2 tag but correctly encoded in the body text.

https://www.grimoire.org/demon/bobel/ also has an incorrect encoding in the alternate name --Bothothêl -- and in the similar demons -- Phêth

Such issues are also visible in the list of demons at https://www.grimoire.org/demon/

This isn't strictly limited to demons: https://www.grimoire.org/grimoire/galdrabok/ encodes it as "The Galdrabók" in both title and body text.
