[l10n-gu] Android L10n

Hope you all are doing good.

We have some pending projects in Gujarati gu-IN. So, in this 2020, let's work on those projects together and complete the assigned tasks.

Project name: Android L10n Gujarati

We will be assigning the pending files to some active localizers. However, happy to invite all new localizers in the community to start with this project.
