VPN reconnects with significant delay after device reboot, exposing traffic (Android) #10901
Description
Describe the bug
After restarting my Samsung Galaxy S23, the VPN does not connect immediately.
During this time, my traffic is exposed until the VPN finally reconnects.

Latest — custom build including the fix for:
#10897
Affected Platforms
Android (13 and above)
Prerequisites
(Optional) No special steps required beyond rebooting the device.
Steps to Reproduce
- Restart the phone.
- Wait for the system to fully boot.
- Observe VPN connection status (video attached).
Expected Result
The VPN should connect immediately after boot, ensuring all traffic is routed through the VPN and the real IP remains hidden.
Actual Result
The VPN remains disconnected for approximately 1 minute after reboot, during which traffic is exposed.
