generic input for agfusion batch #61

Hi,
Do you support a generic input table including gene5prime, gene3prime, junction5prime and junction3prime for agfusion batch? I have gene fusions detected from WGS DNA, not RNA. I think all the fusion callers agfusion batch supports are RNA based (with the exception of fusionMap but I can't find instructions for this tool as the link in the paper seems to be broken).
