Database error with command usage metrics when namespace has exotic value types

Sorry, it was too long ago. IIRC it was concerning the " character or something like this. Try to replicate the issue by activating the metrics recording and just use the bot with some random arguments while using the slash commands. Otherwise, ignore, I will update the card with more details in the future.
