Looks as though the dates become 1 day off because new years day for 2028 is showing as 12/31/2027.

The new endpoint also has the observedDate. I think that once the new endpoint is also integrated into the portal, many things will become clearer.

@tinohager is v4 suitable for consumption via API yet? "Release Date" is still showing as "Under Development" in the README.

I ask because I am literally hitting my head against observed vs actual date at the moment using v3, and am about to write a hack to make it work... if I could use v4 I could avoid doing that.
