get_game_events problem

HI! I have collected the ids for nba games of november 2019 and I'm trying to download the descriptions of plays. When I try to use the get_game_events.js file in the node.js promt, it shows me all the "downloading (id_game)" but the plays folder remain empty.
Can you help me?
