[FEATURE REQUEST] Add the posibility to set the specific time for getting new images.

As stated in the title.

The extension right now sets a time from when I logged in, but I would like it to change at midnight.
The attached photo shows the time that I would like to force at midnight.

So I truly get a new Bing Image every day.

I was thinking the logic would be something like this pseudocode:

var lastChange = GetLastChangeFromFileOrWhatEver();
var changeTime = GetFromConfigWhenToChange();

if(lastChange > changeTime) {
   return;
}

ChangeWallpaperToNewOne();
