[Bug]: Potential model name merge clash in 5.x

Description

We have entities and models with the same name in different namespaces and noticed that on 4.38.7 we have the following correct swagger models

while on 5.9.2 it seems to somewhat merge props in and end up with something with too many props on the outer level

not sure how helpful this report is and/or if this is known already or not. I can try to provide more details if possible, but I don't have a simple reproducer atm.
