Enabeling "Sync in background" unsubscribes folder

Steps to reproduce

1. Open menu for folder
2. Click "Sync in background"
3. See xhr request with subscribe = false

Expected behavior

Sync in background should not change the subscribe status

Actual behavior

Sync in background does change the subscribe status
