[Bug]: Slow dashboard loading #58018

Bug description
After upgrading to Nextcloud 32.0.5, dashboard takes very long time to load.
This issue was there much older versions and it was fixed until before the latest current version.
On Ubuntu 24.04 with PHP 8.3 and Redis.
Steps to reproduce
- Upgrade to version 32.0.5.
- Try to access the dashboard.
Expected behavior
Dashboard should load much faster.
