Comment out samplesheet line

Hi,

I think it would be a nice feature if lines in samplesheets could be commented out. For example:

sample,fastq_1,fastq_2,strandedness
mysample1,input1_R1.fq.gz,input1_R2.fq.gz,forward
#mysample2,input2_R1.fq.gz,input2_R2.fq.gz,forward

In this case, mysample2 would be ignored.

It would allow for easier rerunning of certain pipelines.

So after a bit of research I found out that comments are not part of the official CSV and TSV specifications. This is however a very handy feature to have.

We use the Nextflow Path.splitCsv() function to parse those files in this plugin so I think it would make the most sense to add this functionality to that function. I will open an issue on the Nextflow repository for this and link this issue to it.

I might add it to this plugin if they are not interested in implementing this but I'd rather have it upstream so everyone can benefit from this feature.
