Make harder to disable/change strictness #267

It's too easy to just drag the filter down to 1.

This extension (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ytblock-block-any-content/nedcanggplmbbgmlpcjiafgjcpdimpea) has a feature that makes it harder to disable. You can set it to click a button 10, 50, 100, 1000 times before you can disable. It would be great if this extension did something similar: click a button a settable amount of times before you can change the filter level.
