mixed content warnings on specific pages

We are receiving reports around mixed content warnings. there seems to be multiple places

1. Application codebase remove http
2. template pages to be double checked for http
3. moderators can add http URL

probable fixes

1. Fix the templates
2. Fix the current database
3. Implement a function to change all http inputs to https

We will keep a track of this issue in this log

Pages like https://null.community/events/158-pune-from-crash-to-exploit are reported and as of now the admin dashboard also doesn't have capability to edit such and we will need to update the database directly. @abhisek we will need help on this.
