Allow for Anonymous Mode

Motivation

For some Google drive files, such as the popular Word2Vec Trained GoogleNews dataset, the file is public, and can be successfully downloaded from any browser with no logged in Google Account. In these instances, I'd expect to be able to download the file without necessarily needing to login.
