[Issue] Killswitch in Android not work with Bypass LAN and/or Split tunneling #6338

Describe the issue
Cannot use the Kill switch (Android AlwaysOnVPN + Block Connections without VPN) and Split tunneling and/or Bypass LAN at the same time.
Expected behaviour
I think this is not easy to fix, because it's an issue of android and not from the app. I have a Idea, I describe the later in text.
Steps to Reproduce
Activate block Connections without VPN connection in android so the Kill switch and if you active then Bypass LAN or Split tunneling this features don't work.
Which area of Nym were you using?
NymVPN VPN App from FDroid on Android. O use Iodè but I read that this is a persist issue an Android with many VPN apps.
My idea to fix
I'm not sure that this is a good idea but I want to tell them. Block without VPN connection, I understand this so that any connections need to go into the app or a lokal server (lokalhost/ from the app, any connections like into LAN or excluded from the app (Split tunneling) are blocked (Android's Killswitchfeature). If the App hasn't internet or disconnected from the network, it can't forwarding the connection so you haven't internetacces. So I understand this System.
If this is true then It can be possible that the VPN or the local VPN Server from the app can forward normal the Apps to the VPN, Split tunneling Apps don't exclude from the app or server, but not forward into the VPN, forward directly into WiFi and Bypass LAN also access LAN through the VPN app not besides of them.
The VPN app can also access the Lan and forwarding LAN connections into it.
I hope my idea is good enough described to understand it and it is a good idea.
