[dice] Send rolls from Discord to Foundry #20

Idea from this reddit thread.
It seems like it would be easy to accomplish. Could have it limited by roles, ie. RSVP/VTT_RSVP etc. so it doesn't send every roll or only rolls from a certain channel/thread. Users would need to register their accounts from foundry somehow to map it.
