Help find ORCID identifiers for contributors

Hi all, I'm looking for the ORCID identifiers and names of the following two contributors to this project as part of an OBO-wide effort for analyzing contributions:

This must be Mike Wicks who used to work with the Edinburgh group and was involved in the initial set up for the EMAP.

I don't have any other information about them.
