Add leaf name to debug messages

Debug messages generated by leaves only show the leaf type but not the leaf name. So, it's not possible to know which particular leaf generated a certain debug message if there are more leaves of the same type.

you can do it using the gn_leaf_get_config_name function. eg in relay leaf:

ESP_LOGD(TAG, "Initializing relay leaf %s..",
		gn_leaf_get_config_name(leaf_config));

Thanks. I didn't find it.
I see now the function name/prototype has changed in "gn_leaf_get_name(leaf_config, leaf_name)".
I keep the issue open as a reminder for all developers... ;-)
