Add settings configuration matching Google Vault

First, I'd like to express my heartfelt thanks, because this software is great and so useful in enterprise environments.

I've noticed, that some decisions are made a bit differently then Google does it. Would it be possible to create a "settings profile" which would do backups as close to Google Vault as possible? E.g. the choice of document conversions (docx instead of odf), form and folder export instead of None, and some other minor stuff. Of course I'm not talking about archiving the snapshot to a .zip file nor about changing the mail box format, because that would be a nonsense (especially because of the awesome ZFS).

Have you thought about something like that?
