There must be something up with your CodeCompanion config. There's no logical reason that adding a keymap stops the commands in commands.lua from initializing. |

I'm no lazy.nvim expert but surely this is because you're telling lazy.nvim not to load CodeCompanion until those keys have been pressed?!
