Codecompanion commands not available when adding a key

if I take the minimal.lua and just add:

  keys = {
    { "<leader>at", "<cmd>CodeCompanionChat Toggle<cr>", desc = "Toggle CodeCompanion chat" },
  },

then when I open nvim, no :CodeComapnionXXX commands are available, it is only the case afer the key is pressed.

is it normal ?

There must be something up with your CodeCompanion config. There's no logical reason that adding a keymap stops the commands in commands.lua from initializing.

I agree that there's no logical reason however using this minimal I have this symptom, not a real big deal but I found it weird, it would be even weirder if you cant reproduce :)

I'm no lazy.nvim expert but surely this is because you're telling lazy.nvim not to load CodeCompanion until those keys have been pressed?!

my bad I thought this was part of the codecompanion config, you're absolutly right this seems to be lazy deferring the load (https://lazy.folke.io/spec/lazy_loading#%EF%B8%8F-lazy-key-mappings):

Key mappings will load the plugin the first time they get executed.

I need to come up with a better way
