[extension/db-backup] - add reference to (latest) backup-artefact to backup-extension-page

# Context / Motivation

Delivery-DB-Backup extension will publish backups in OCM-Components. Hence, it will make sense to add a link (re-using Delivery-Dashboard's Component-Linking-Scheme) so users can find said backups easier.
