Cannot remove Cancelled models from Models list

Describe the bug

Models that ended in Cancelled status remain listed under Models with no way to delete or clean them up. This leads to clutter and makes it harder to manage active models.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Steps to Reproduce:
Start Inspect via docker compose up.
Go to a project → Train model.
Cancel the training before completion.
Open Models list

OS information

App: Inspect (Docker)
Build/Date: Feb 9, 2026
Browser: (e.g., Chrome 121)
OS: Windows 11 + Docker Desktop
Backend/API: default compose setup (port 8000)

Expected behavior

Users can remove Cancelled models (e.g., via Delete in the row menu or a bulk action) so the list can be kept clean.

We already have the model deletion endpoint in the backend, so it should be relatively easy to add the option in the UI
