Add nice assets demonstrating the commutator

In particular, the video produced for marketing the SPI commutator. I think this can go in the landing page and "Automated Commutation" page.

This asset should also go in all the commutator repos' readmes. I put this here because there are a few repos and I don't want to repeat the issue for each one. I also mention it here because I think it would be more efficient to to add this asset to those repos when I have the asset on-hand i.e. when I'm completing this issue.
