Review oni-repl cli options with fw 2.0

Starting with onix fw 2.0 we added a hard reset that returns the system to a POR-like status when the context opens or closes. This means that any option that relies on the system keeping register values or any kind of status between runs won't behave as expected now. We should review the options and either adjust their behavior or remove them if necessary.
