Notifications are not send, although subscription is set to enforced #62
Description
Users do not get notified of new messages to the forum any more, although forum subscription is enforced.
When clicking on the managesubscription-url link at the bottom of the page (on forum page), there seem to be two new columns but without header. One just says 'YES', the other gives a selection of "no summary", "complete message", "subject only"."no summary" is user default.
Since my site is in german (see image attached), I'm not sure if my translation back to english is correct, the terms could be a bit different in english.
How to reproduce: Post a new message in a forum the user is subscribed to. The above mentioned 'new?' setting is left to default.
Expected result: Since the forum is subscribed, a mail is send to the user.
Observed result: No mail is send to the user. If the above mentioned setting is set to "complete message" a mail is send.
I am not sure if this bug is an issue with hsuforum or with forums in general. But I only observed the issue with hsuforum so far.
