Have options to run
- just National
- just GSPs
- National and Gsps
Context
- we should save National as quick as possible, as this is the model used the most.
- Currently it takes 45 seconds to blend all gsps together and then 30 seconds to save
- new data platform will speed up save method.
Possible Implementation
- env vars for choosing the runs
- ariflow could run national and then run gsp
- need to think about the options where it looks
