extend to 40 hours

Detailed Description

WOuld be good to extend the forecast out to 40 hours. We only have 36 hours of NWP data, so just use that + other features

Context

• this is needed for the DRS project. Forecasts made at 07.00 need to cover up to 23.00 next day for the summer

Possible Implementation

• Upgrade code to load max(36 hours)
• save backtests results
• right small experiment report on how accuarate it is.
• Could also reduce to 30 hours, and compare 36 hours when predicting using 30 hours forecast of NWP in order to make comparison

I understand the requirement to extend forecasts to ~40h for DRS. I can start with a simple fallback for 37–40h (persist last available NWP), run backtests, and add a short experiment note. I can also include a 30h vs 36h-trained-with-30h-NWP ablation for comparison. If it looks correct to you, I can start working on it, Thanks in advance!
