Currently, the uData application, when collecting dataset information via API or through the harvester, automatically creates a new entity if it does not already exist. The acronym (or slug) for this new entity is generated based on the organization name, typically constructed by joining the words with hyphens.
The issue arises when, in the Portuguese portal dados.gov.pt, there is already an existing entity with a different slug from the one automatically generated. In such cases, the system creates a new entity, leading to the duplication of organizations with the same name.
I would like to know if there is a way to prevent this duplication or an effective solution to handle this problem.
