Expose (some) QgsAction[s] in QField #7024
Description
What is the bug or the crash? What were your expectations and what actually happened?
I need the ability to open an external app (given available URL registraton) such as iNaturalist during field activities. Actions appear properly in QGIS but do not appear in QField at all. In this case, I'm using "Open_URL" with a properly formatted URL for iNaturalist. There are other important supplemental applications, but let's get iNaturalist working first.
Steps to reproduce the issue
This is fairly straightforward to reproduce. Add an "Open_URL" action to a form. It shows up and executes in QGIS, it does not show up at all in iOS or Android.

Reinstall QField
- I have a fresh install of the latest QField version, but the problem persists.
- Problem can be reliably reproduced, doesn't happen randomly.
- Problem happens with all files and projects, not only some files or projects.
Additional context
In nature conservation, supplemental apps are crucial to the species identification process and this requirement is only going to grow more important as QField becomes increasingly important as the "Core application" of a field worker's toolkit.
