Is AuthenticAI.md the same document as "Identity Management for Agentic AI"(https://openid.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Identity-Management-for-Agentic-AI.pdf)?

If so, I noticed some differences in content between the two. Are there any plans to update the GitHub version?
