Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

My original version was V3.4.0. After I upgraded to v3.8.3-patch.10, when I invited someone to join a group, the invited person no longer received the OnJoinedGroupAdded notification. In the old version, it was confirmed that they could receive it. After debugging, found that the received message decode the message, have been inserted from the group of information in the diff function, after processing MemberInvitedNotification notification, synchronizer comparing local haunted by computing the operation of change, This led to the failure to send the "OnJoinedGroupAdded" message. Is this reasonable in the new version
