No MFA prompt after enabling MFA on ext-jwt-signer-based identity

Steps to reproduce

• add an ext-jwt-signer to openziti
• add an ext-jwt-based identity to ZDEW using url/network jwt
• ensure auth works, services show up etc.
• enable MFA on the identity (this succeeds)
• turn ziti off/on using big button
• click the ext-jwt-signer login button - notice 'nothing happens'

Expected Behavior

After clicking the ext-jwt-signer login button and getting a successful login, the MFA prompt should then trigger
