prepare for bootstrap 5 #14
Description
If material-dashboard-dark-edition follows material-dashboard and updates to v3 which uses bootstrap 5, the admin interface will need to be rewritten to accomodate Bootstrap 5. This can be tested by using the material-dashboard css instead of the material-dashboard-dark-edition css in index.php (dependabot bumped material-dashboard to v3, so we can test using that).
