seeder: password authentication failed

Hi, when directly following the docs and doing `helm upgrade --create-namespace --namespace openproject --install openproject openproject/openproject`, the seeder keeps crashing due to this error:

```
FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "openproject" (PG::ConnectionBad)
```

This is with all the default values.
