RaF Extension / Change of Eligibility

Pretty simple idea that, based on conversations in game, would benefit a number of players in the same boat as myself.

Would there be any interest in either extending the RaF 7 Day old account restriction? Possibly even changing it to something like "if the account does not have any characters above level X" for those that have an older account but have not actually 'used' it? Another idea would be the Refer-er gets the rested XP bonus on a character to level up with the Refer-ee and their first character.

My personal situation is that I created the account to make sure I nabbed my username when I first heard of CC but did not have the time to actually level a character. Now that I do, I put in a day or so of game time before realizing RaF was an option and then immediately not an option due to the 7 day cutoff. I have some friends interested in joining but they will pretty quickly outlevel me if I group up with them after I offer my RaF code.

Just a thought! It sounded like there were a few others in a similar situation where their accounts were created a while ago but their highest level characters are at least under level 55 but could benefit from RaF bonuses.
